Get it all out of your head.
Your brain is terrible at holding open loops. Agendum gives every one a place to land, one decision to settle it, and a weekly sweep that keeps it all worth trusting.
Free. Works offline. Your data exports in one click.
Now watch them get sorted.
A clear head, and lists you can trust.
Your lists, inside your AI.
Connect Agendum to the assistant you already use. Ask it to capture, sort or look things up — it lands in the lists you trust.

The whole method, not a to-do list with extra steps.
Every list GTD asks for, and the app teaches each one where you meet it — tap the ⓘ next to any concept and it explains itself, in plain language, with examples.
Inbox
A single place where everything that has your attention lands before you decide what to do with it.
Next Actions
The very next physical action required to move something forward.
Contexts
A label for where you need to be, or what tool you need, to get an action done.
Projects
Any outcome that requires more than one action to achieve.
Waiting For
A list of things you're depending on others to do.
Someday / Maybe
Ideas and possibilities you might want to pursue, but aren't committed to yet.
Reference
Information you might need later but don't need to act on now.
Weekly Review
A regular sweep of your entire system to keep it current and trustworthy.
And the parts you only miss once you're serious.
Shared projects
Invite someone to a project and assign actions to them. Work you hand over leaves your list and lands on theirs.
Sub-projects & milestones
Break a big outcome into nested projects, milestones with target dates, and goals on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly cadence.
Blocking dependencies
Mark an action as waiting on another. Anything blocked is flagged automatically instead of quietly sitting in your list.
Agendas
A running list per person and per meeting, so the thing you meant to raise is there when you're actually in the room.
Calendar, with Google sync
Week and month views with a live time indicator. Schedule an action into a block and see it alongside everything else.
Reminders that arrive
Push notifications for due dates and scheduled blocks, with a lead time you choose.
Filter by what you've got
Time estimate and energy level on every action, so a tired twenty minutes still has something honest in it.
Installable and offline
Add it to your phone or desktop. It keeps a local mirror of your data, and exports the whole lot in one click.
Questions.
Do I need to know GTD already?+
No. Agendum teaches it where you meet it — every concept has a ⓘ that explains what it is, why it matters, and what it looks like in practice. The Clarify flow asks you the questions rather than expecting you to remember them, and the weekly review walks you through it step by step.
What does it cost?+
Nothing. It's free, and there are no plans to charge for it — it's built because the author wanted a GTD app that didn't compromise, and it costs very little to let other people use it.
Is my data mine?+
Yes. One click exports everything you've ever put in — items, projects, notes, the lot — as a single file. The app also keeps a local mirror in your browser, so your data exists somewhere that isn't a server you don't control.
Does it work offline?+
Install it to your phone or desktop and it runs as a real app. It keeps working when the network drops and syncs when it comes back.
Is it finished?+
It's genuinely usable and in daily use, but it's still moving — new things ship regularly, and some edges are rougher than others. If something breaks or annoys you, saying so is the fastest way to get it fixed.
Does the demo send anything anywhere?+
No. The demo runs entirely in your browser and is never written to a server. Close the tab and it's gone — which also means it won't be waiting for you if you sign up, so capture anything you want to keep again.
Start with whatever is loudest right now.
One item is enough to begin. The system earns your trust from there.
